With electrical control of blinds being required more frequently we are able to offer an electrical version for most types.
The first requirement is to consider the operation. Some options available are:
- A local wall switch
- One or four channel handset
- Radio control (no wiring between controller and blind)
- A central system that may also control lights, heating etc.
- Trigger points from other systems, i.e. home cinema – the projector when switched on sends a signal to the blackout blinds to close.
Depending upon the number of blinds to be controlled from one switch the type of switching facility may change.
Electrical operation of blinds is an excellent security system while you are away on holiday, neighbours and potential thieves will see blinds operating in different rooms at different times giving the impression the house is occupied. Whatever the requirements we are sure we shall find a suitable solution.
